Our Philosophy
Children's Opportunity Center's program and treatment philosophy is based on
  a balanced, community based model which acknowledges the child's current
  status, focuses on his or her strengths and growth potential, and creates a
   therapeutic milieu in which the child is assisted in enhancing his or her
    adaptive skills for educational and community living.
